If you have your VPS account, u have everything.

If u bought new expansions, u need to also update the license on ur machine (activate them on your computer), and in order to do this:

1. Be sure u have the 1.5 and Codemeter software on ur computer running and ofc Avenger installed;
2. Log into ur VPS Account and click "manage activations";
3. U now have "My licenses list" where u have the licenses for both the instruments and all ur expansions. Be aware to scroll to bottom of the page, because if you happen to have several expansions, some might be "hidden" down there;
4. Mark those that you want to activate on current computer (every item should be listed 3 times) including those u bought from Sweetwater (bottom of the list);
5. Click "activate licenses" and then choose "I want my licenses on one computer";
6. Download (simply by clicking on them) and then import all the expansions into Avenger using the "sys->content->import content". They should now be authorized to use.
7. Make killer music and praise Manuel Schleis day in and day out.

Thanks. May I ask who is creating the demos? Is it always you or the respective sound designer? I just assumed that Funky House 2 was created by Andy Hinz.
no, Funky House 2 is a colaboration between Andy & me, everybody did exactly 50%,
Cinematic 3 is a collaboration between Kevin and me, he did 80 presets and the audio Demo, I did 55 presets + all Drumkits, all Multisamples, all Granular Samples, all Shapes and all Wavetables.

I think mixing the designers a bit together sometimes, its very good to get a very versatile XP. But there is no pattern: For example for Synthwave I it were 3 designers, but Synthwave II will be 100% by me.

Usually its written in the Press text of an XP if it was an collaboration

PS: I plan to also make a Walkthrough video for Funky2 and Cine3, these are very time intensive so I cant make one for everything

Thanks for that insight, highly appreciated. Keep these good expansions coming! :tu:

It's quite worrying what we can read here...
However, I downloaded everything today. Fast (100MBit/s). Installed CodeMeter, activated the licenses, installed VPSA, imported all Expansions and Factory Bank and Bang! My recent songs sounded the same :) . No issues with anything here. Just worked seamlessly. I have as well installed: eLicenser, iLok, Waves. There was even no need to restart the computer. Much better UX than with old license files. Thanks to the VPS Team. :clap:

That is kind of what was promised, and I don't think its enough to just have it only work if you never change your system or have any issues. So absolutely thumbs up that they've responded positively, and I'm looking forward to that simplified authorisation which is coming our way for 1.5 users too.
I'm trying not to get too heated in this thread, but I have to make it clear that, as far as I am concerned, he has said to me that I cannot buy expansions if I refuse a free update, and he ignored a long paragraph that I wrote in which I asked him to clarify whether it will be possible to authorize 1.4 in the future. That makes me think that he tolerates current VMAN authorizations at this point in time, but that he might eventually just remove that possibility and is not willing to guarantee it for the future. I can't remember what he said exactly after the piracy situation in the summer. From reading this thread it seems like he promised that it's gonna be possible to stay on 1.4. Then why is he so mad about it?

And now he communicates to the buyers of the Sweetwater 5 Expansions Packs that they can still fulfill their unredeemed XPs on 1.4, but I can't buy new ones? That is not nice, to say it very diplomatically.

I really don't understand what his problem is. He gives off the impression that he's somehow deeply offended by people who refuse the mess that 1.5 currently is and who state that they simply don't want to upgrade in the long term, and he makes that very clear when talking to them, and claims that there isn't really a big deal about it when dozens of people complain about it both here and on the Facebook page. What is the issue here, really? The only reason I can see is that he doesn't want people on a version that is available cracked, but then, why would he ever care for legit customers who want to stay on it and even buy more XPs, when they could just as well pirate them if they wanted to? It's just nonsensical.

I was really excited to start working with this synth after watching some livestreams of producers who used it, but I now get the impression that it would not be a good choice to stay with it. So I'm strongly considering leaving it behind and buying something else instead. I've rarely been made to feel bad by a developer for simply being a paying customer. I just shake my head about it.

what is this about sweetwter unredeemd XPs? I still have a few in my account I was hoping to use later on.

just some potential issues with redeeming XPs when you intend to use them with 1.4 instead of 1.5 (which is now required for all XPs.) So how does one redeem them and get the old version, etc.? That is I think what they are talking about.

Not sure why anyone wouldn't want to upgrade to 1.5 - a few minor bugs at first, but everything is now working great here.

nm; I had an issue but simply reloaded the plugin 'cured' it, cheers.

p.s. the update and my content activated / installed without any issues.

Is it possible in avenger to simulate key switches(for diffrent articulations as , sustain, staccato, marcato) with the modulation system in the way that can choose a midi key for example C0. when such a midi key is press then can choose if a oscilator play or not.

i guess this is a easy usefull workaround solution. articulation keys are also usefull for synth sounds. there can with a additional midi key press create bend up half or bend up full or vibrato or add a filter sweep

also usefull is when the arp allow for the multi loops a start beat setting for each step in 1/4. so it is possible to reslice the loops with usefull start points.

Has anyone that has the Atmospherica expansion noticed that some of the presets that there is no sound when the drums are playing. It looks like the drum volume is pulled all the way down in the mixer. Wasn't sure if this was done on purpose or what? The drum volume on some presets where you have the option to turn the drums on or off using the macro switch, it still shows the volume all the way down.
