Yes, you can upgrade to Axiom from Re-Guitar - just go to your Re-Guitar download page (link received by email upon purchase), and you should see a link to upgrade at the top (you may have to refresh the page if you have been there recently).

Is there any new way to reach Support other than the current email address. I have tried repeatedly over the past two weeks to reach Support at the given address of support@bluecataudio.com (mailto:support@bluecataudio.com) but have received a message that the email is undeliverable at this address.

The email address is still active and we do receive (and reply to) lots of emails daily, so maybe there is a problem with your email provider being rejected?
