Having added support for VST, and turned the rack into a VST, they will decouple the rack from the rest of it and continue to develop them separately, but sell them together.

How good Reason would have been with a scalable GUI. Everyone with a vision of staying in the buisness is going for it nowadays. The props have known about this issue for years now - ignoring it.

You don’t know that they’re ignoring it. It’s not a trivial change, so it’s not going to be something that’s updated overnight.
