You are welcome, glad to share it. My little contribution to the music community :) Cool, that's a good one. Will have to add it to my library, thanks.

MaF wrote: Sat Dec 14, 2019 4:46 am I installed the theme because I thought it looked great. Unfortunately, I realized that in my configuration bright fonts on dark background are a bit harder to read than when it's the other way around. Especially in contrast to the Live 10 theme with middle brightness, which I used before. Maybe things will change when I switch to a 4k monitor. This on macOS 10.14.6.
Sorry, I am on PC. You are welcome to edit the text parameter to match better to your system environment. I kept main text default. The text parameters that I can find are:
Control Foreground = overall main text color
Control OffForeground = top menu, solo, -inf, etc text color

* For further editing if you want:
ArrangementRulerMarkings = Arrangement Bar text color
DetailViewRulerMarkings = Detail View Ruler Markings text color

I made the theme back in January and at the time, I use Live Theme Editor for PC:
https://masters-of-music.com/ableton-li ... l-windows/

I use Sonic Bloom tutorial:
https://sonicbloom.net/en/how-to-create ... ing-guide/

According to Sonic Bloom you can use Mac theme editor, Pelt:
https://github.com/eviathan/Pelt/releases
I am sure there are other Mac Live theme editor out there by now.

As jonljacobi mention: https://www.abletonthemes.com/
It is easy and quick to create your theme. When it came out, I remembered there were some missing parameters, not sure about it now.

Also the theme is just xml file so you can hunt down those parameters and change them with any text editor software.

Hope that helps.
Thank for these details. I’ll give it a try.

You are welcome. Remember Live doesn't refresh the edit theme if you already have it loaded, you have to load another theme and load back the edit one again to see your new edit result. Keep changing the parameters until you are happy with look. Have fun.
