Not a Nexus user, so sorry to go a bit off-topic, but being an FL Studio 20.6 user I thought I will mention this. I feel that 20.6 is still not smooth/stable and will take 20.6.1 or so to iron out the minor glitches/inconsistencies. The GUI is a bit laggy sometimes. This is not the first time I have observed this by the way. (I am guessing there will be a small update before the year ends.) Also, I got a weird crash from loading some Soundtoys plugins in the Effect Rack and this also caused the Mixer GUI to go bizarre. I haven't reported it yet, but will do so if the next update doesn't automagically fix it.
Using fixed-size buffers indeed helps with some plugins.

It's pointless to even suggest anything here to them, they only do what they want as far as sounds.. pretty ridiculous..
Imagine Eric Persing with such as attitude when suggesting new idea's for content..
Thank God there's synths like Omnisphere with a wide variety of sound content.
This closed minded attitude, and closed minded dev's reminds me Propellerhead.

I don't doubt what they say is true though that the overwhelming amount of users are dance music-focused. And I can see that spending too much time on anything else is slightly pointless, because Nexus is too limited as a synth to appeal to the crowd here who want something a bit more original. Avenger, by contrast, might have a much wider user-base.trusampler wrote: Tue Dec 17, 2019 10:24 am It's pointless to even suggest anything here to them, they only do what they want as far as sounds.. pretty ridiculous..
There may be a market for the Workstation folks I guess, they could go down the Sampletank road to cover all the basics since that's more preset-based, but personally it wouldn't interest me.

I think people expect big things when the numbers go up from v1 to v2 to v3. I agree. It should be more bigger-er.
There are maybe hidden things under the hood that might not become obvious until new expansions come around.
Seeing so many issues from people on here with the update. So many companies rushing to push software out before Christmas that isn't ready yet.

Oh, look! The grammar police are here!
Would you prefer to continue the discussion in my native language or are you simply a douche?

if you already have trhe NKS patches from Jason, this update doesn't offer anything new.
The 4 Macros would be nice, but without mapping they are obsolete.
The bether visualisation and layering all arps ins't me worth 100€, so this upgrade was waste of money for me, there have been much bether options on black friday. The Icarus 2 update is miles ahead and even the free zebra 2.9 update.
