Linn?

Xavier has made a drum machine before so i wouldnt dismiss that possibility.

(Yes, its unlikely, im happy to admit that.)

Except Lotuzia said it was an analog SYNTH. Not a drum machine. A synth. So that excludes Linn which does NOT make synths.

Has the Xils 4 been mentioned yet?
The GAS is always greener on the other side!

It's already been made by XILS. So what does it matter?

Like i said, unlikely.

Main point was that there is at least one major manufacturer under L.

Maybe there are more, maybe not. I dont feel like checking.

You forgot my Yamaha CS70m suggestion in the list, friend. It was here.
How about some gratitude that I'm doing this at all?
You have all my gratitude, Stephen. It was not said expressively, but it has always been thought very strongly, be sure. You know me for long, you know that I'm the total contrary of someone ingrate.

There was Logan. But I doubt that Xavier made an emulation of a Logan synth. The wonderfully sounding Logan String Melody was also known as Hohner String Melody. But Hohner was just a distributor, the designer and factory maker was really Logan. They were very good analog string-synths (especially the second version which had awesome sounds) but I don't think that they can deserve an emulation by Xavier beside diamonds as PolyKB, PolyM, XILS3/4, V+ and Syn'X.

But to come back to the question of a brand beginning by L and making analog synths, there was one, yes : Logan.

Lotuzia has clarified. Only manufacturers between M-Z are included. So L manufacturers are not included.

Maybe now we can put this matter to rest.

it's a Roland
