I am sorry to hear that! ShaperBox can both import the .zip file and the unzipped .lic file - can you give it a try with both options? Hope this will solve it!

I'm having a similar issue, downloaded and installed the new files and license key, Shaperbox still shows Crushshaper as demo and I can't find the option to reload the license, although it shows as registered to my e-mail address.

macOS sometimes requries a restart to take the new license info.. weird, isn't it. Does that solve the issue?

I'm having a similar issue, downloaded and installed the new files and license key, Shaperbox still shows Crushshaper as demo and I can't find the option to reload the license, although it shows as registered to my e-mail address.

Did you also re-download the latest license file from the download page? Only that file unlocked ShaperBox for me.

I think the problem was not restarting the DAW afterwards, asked for the license next time I opened it and is now working fine.

So I can upgrade all my shapers for $30 or upgrade to the full shaper box 2 with exactly the same
stuff in it for $50 (specifically lists 5 shapers only). Is shaperbox 2 not included with the individual shapers? Or does the full upgrade net me the bit crusher as well?
