Seems as if I can only safe two fx when I want to safe an fx chain for the send fx.
Every time I put in a third plugin, it just safes two of them.
A bug or is this mend to be that way?

In both Mixcraft 8 & 9 64 bit if I create a send FX track, load 3 fx plugins, save, close and then open the project I still have all 3 fx showing.
I don't know if this is what you are doing?

When you click on the fx button at the send track, you get the little window to choose fx you like.
And at the top there you can choose presets for all kind of sounds, AND you can safe you own presets.
But it does just safe two fx plugins, even if you could load in more than that.

Ok, I loaded 3 x effects into send track, clicked on the 'FX' button, loaded a preset for each of the FX and saved by clicking on the blue disk (save preset button) and closed project.
Opened new project, created send track, clicked on 'FX' button, Effect list came up, clicked on top dialogue box and scrolled down to find saved file with all 3 FX and their associated presets loaded.

Cool. But does not work here.
Strange. Just the two fx, all the time.
May be I am to stupide to do it, but did the same you did.
New send track, choosing three fx, giving them a preset, clicking on the fx button on the send track and safed the three fx.
But calling up the preset in a new project again, does not show three fx, just two.
