Thanks for that! I've submitted a ticket so hopefully they'll fix this for us soon.zvenx wrote: Thu Dec 26, 2019 3:07 pmExactly what I got.cleverr1 wrote: Thu Dec 26, 2019 3:05 pmSame here. I get "This coupon code cannot be used for this item." when I paste in the code from the box that says "Fill this code at korg.shop to get TRITON at the special price." in my Korg ID.zvenx wrote: Thu Dec 26, 2019 2:29 pm Has anyone been able to upgrade using Special Bundle v2? I tried, it says I need a coupon, which I got from my id.korg, but that coupon isn't working.

Yess!! I'm so happy! this genuinely was a synth I was hoping would grace my DAW for a very long time. One purchase and over 4000 sounds? every single expansion ever made onboard? Roland Cloud should pay attention!
My only small nitpick is that it doesn't seem to have any sampling? I believe the original had stereo-sampling and I was hoping I could load up samples and run them through the Triton's processing. Still, it's a huge endeavor and definitely a keeper (I think also the MDE-X also emulates the Triton's effects?)! huge thanks to Korg!

I had the Triton twice in my life (with MOSS board on the first one). It was a keyboard that I wanted to love but somehow never quite got there. On both occasions I sold it after doing comparisons to ITB synths/samplers/romplers and coming to the conclusion it was just not justifiable to have so much money invested in something that was so easily bested in software.
I took a listen to the Korg previews of the Triton software and as far as I remember (which is not that far these days) it sounds exactly like the underwhelming and generally disappointing bit of kit that I found the originals to be. So not even for nostalgia would I consider this, if for no other reason than there are currently many, far superior synths out there at equal or lesser prices.

Guys, to get the coupon code, you need to go back to korguser.net. It's there (get the Upgrade Coupon, not Migration Coupon). Works here.

Exactly what they say on the website. Coupon is not for price reduction, it's to confirm you own the older product.

They are three coupons involved I think.
1. Migration (on korg user) -to move from Korguser to id.korg
2. Upgrade (on korg user) to move from Legend to Special Bundle
3. Upgrade (on id.korg) to move from Special Bundle v1 (Legend+Arp Odyssey to SB v2 which adds the Triton)
I used the first two. two years ago when I moved from korguser to id and Legend to Special Bundle.
ED are you saying, you are already on SB v1 and used the korguser Upgrade coupon and it worked?
Cause I just tried that and it didn't work for me (didn't expect it to)

No, I was on the old KLC, not on SB v1. I suppose that's why it worked for me.
Also, about the arp on/off toggle, you don't have to go to Global. There's a rounded ARP button in bottom left of the display on the top, below patch name.

I assume your cost was $199 and you ended up getting Odyssey and Triton.

Correct! Quite a decent deal in my case, I'd say.
Also yeah - nicely resizeable GUI! I think this is what we can expect with the rest of KLC, eventually. However it definitely isn't an easy job for Korg - consider there are certain dependencies in how those GUIs are created. MS-20 and Polysix GUIs are dependant on their integration into LegacyCell, and MDE-X is also a part of LegacyCell and even Mono/Poly, so this all needs to fit together somehow. Not sure how they'll manage to do it, but I'm still hopeful they're at it.
