Yep, Cool! Can also be CC'd of course.. I guess that one can be crossed off.. :)

Hopefully they fix the SW button / ribbon though as, AFAICT, you can't get the ribbon to behave like the hardware from the GUI. (At least not without a multi-touch display!)

For -Y modulation it's more forgiveable as they'd need to provide a way to turn off the stick spring loading on the GUI, so it could be positioned then locked with an SW button. Though, if they do that, it negates much of the need for the SW lock in the first place, plus that deviates from the hardware behaviour. A more viable alternative could be an additional slider/knob to set the amount on the GUI..

I think you should ideally just use CCs for those. They are all assignable in Global page.

There's something wrong.

I tried to upgrade to KORG Collection - Special Bundle v2 Upgrade from Legacy Bundle.

Coupon worked just fine.

Problem is the price: from $199.00 to jaw-droping-whooping $199.00! :hihi:

WTF KORG!

Post

It's not a price reduction coupon, it's a product ownership confirmation, I suppose.

Maybe you're right.

I'll wait until they update the gui's.

Yep, the $149 is for owners of Special Bundle (Legacy + ARP ODYSSEY) because the update was already $49.99 back then.

Now we have Special Bundle v2 (Legacy + ARP ODYSSEY + Triton)

Yep, just about the first thing I did. But they tend to be assigned so much that you're missing out on some of the sound design without full functionality, so it' d be nice to provide better toggle ability from the GUI for the ribbon and maybe -Y mod.

Ironically, in the multi-touch screen example, even if you could position the ribbon and lock, you couldn't actually automate it because that's only available through MIDI-CC atm :)

It does indeed seem like the code is only for confirming you have the product to upgrade, but the code is not accepted for special bundle to v2. So not possible to upgrade at the moment..

The little I tried I felt familiar with the sounds and owning Triton rack the operating of plugin is easier naturally.

Hope the code thing is sorted quickly. I don’t think I can skip this.

After logging into my account in the Korg Shop I can put the upgrade to version 2 into the shopping cart. Price is 149 $

Post

But can you pay for it.
Those of us who are having problem can do that, we just can't proceed and pay for it.

You're getting the code from https://id.korg.com/users/registered-products ? (In yellow you should see special Bundle V2 Upgrade, and a long number starting with "korg-". You have to copy/paste all of it)
Click "get Triton" and it will take you to the page, add to cart, apply coupon, check out without "no coupon" error. If you're doing all that contact them.

Have you gotten this to work? I did that it says ”This coupon code cannot be used for this item.”

Yes.

All I can suggest is clear cart and try again. Still not working, contact them..

PAK, did you have special bundle already?

I tried the $199 upgrade (legacy to v2) and my code worked for it even tho I have special bundle. I think I’ll wait some time and if it’s not sorted I’ll contact support. I’d guess they’ve figured out there is a prob already.
