I’m tempted for old time sake as I used to own a Triton and it was a really big purchase for me at the time.
I'm tempted, being a Korg fan for years,I have the Radias hardware would like that as a vst
I've had the Wavestation and M1 hardware

Post

I really wouldn't be hopeful for anything MOSS related...

Post

Korg seem to have two software product lines going... the full recreation vsti instruments and a series of smaller 'gadgets'.

I see one can buy the individual larger instruments, but only see a bundle for the gadgets for Windows. Can one purchase the gadget VSTs individually somewhere?

Post

Nope, gadgets are a bundle only AFAIK.

Post

Hmm, Special Bundle v2 upgrade 199$ for whole Legacy Bundle users (without Odissey), and the same 199$ for just M1 Le users ? wtf lol
Or im missing something.

Post

I'll boycott Triton as long as they don't update the GUI of their other KLC products*.

And I'm bloody sure that crowds of other old KLC lovers as me will do the same. If we don't do that boycott, they will never update these GUI ! It is evident. Hey... why would they do it if the users don't express their will with their wallet ?

*Odyssey being the one and lonely exception, and it is only due to the year it was released

I'm now severely diseased since September 2018.

I have the full gadget collection + Oddysey, M1, Wavestation and Mde-X.
And actually with the Gadget i get doubles since it contains the Oddysey, M1 and Wavestation.
Oddysey is called Lexington and has max 8 voices compared to the 16 on the Oddysey but it is still the same synth with a different layout.

M1 is called Darwin to remind me that i bought the same thing twice

Wavestation is called Milpitas.

And yet the M1LE Owners get it cheaper + more plugins instead of having to buy it all for the third time to get the new one.

Should have been a discount for us who are interested in adding the Triton to the collection without having to rebuy everything again.

And what if i buy it today and it gets added to the gadget a few months later?

Yes. Also, buying the Triton VST alone costs 199$ on sale (249 after sale period).
Too much yet.

I'm seeing $149 to add Triton to the Korg Collection ... too much for me. The Oddity upgrade was only $49

Yep, I have the Legacy Collection with everything and also the Gadget collection too....seems way too much for people like us to just add the Triton if that's all we need. Would be nice to get the Triton, but I will apply my GAS brakes here.

Not too much considering how much it would take you to get the hardware with all the EXB boards...

You can't even get all 9 EXBs for $249.

Post

I was offered a hardware Triton Extreme a few years back for only £500 ... decided against it.

Post

Is the Triton vst just like the hardware 16 part multitimbral ?
Eyeball exchanging
Soul calibrating ..frequencies

Same here.
I do really want it but without a better discount i can wait a bit longer while exploring the demo version.
I don't find the price horrible since you get lots of sounds for the money + nostalgia factor.

If i could get it for the M1Le owner price i would jump on it instantly.
