The flat skin is the best. Easy on the eyes.
Amazing job on the expansions. Didn’t realize how valuable and professionally designed they were until I bought a couple. For instance, Retrowave 80s expansion is breathtakingly good.
And it’s not just the presets, it’s the creativity, inspiration and endless posibilties they open up. You can use them as basis for new sounds. Now, I pretty much use Avenger for everything. I don’t need anything else.

That skin still needs those doublepoints ::: on Velocity | Keytrack | Aftertouch | Breath Ctrl etc... i also missed that on the blue free version.

Are they mad? One point of using a dongle is to be independent from internet ankles.neverbeeninariot wrote: Wed Dec 25, 2019 5:51 pm It appears that the 90 day temporary licence refresh thing also applies to dongles. First time I've ever experienced that from any other vendor. It kinda sucks but we'll see how transparent it is in practice.
No other plug in maker is punishing its legit customers like that. Very unfriendly and unnecessary.

Yes, I just made an image of my pc prior to installing 1.5 (first time i'm being so cautious about a vst install). Hoping that all goes well with the 1.5.5 install, I might start updating my skins today.
(I already did some refinements to knobs etc for pre 1.5 users).

Well, at first the user feedback prompted them to implement a offline key file. Some requested dongle.
Then, they changed to keyfile tied to system id, needing online activation. Some people were pissed as it was breaking the initial model (and reason of purchase for them).
Then, they changed to CodeMeter softlicense (they don’t wanted physical dongle). But the fans of dongles started purchasing CM sticks to make their life easier. It’s just... even the hardware dongle requires online refresh every 90 days.
So from owners of a soft synth, some became subscribers.
Next anounced move is a paid 2.0 upgrade.

When I installed Avenger on my main PC everything worked as expected.
Today I attempted to install on my laptop, and the result is an unholy mess
On the Codemeter site 2 of my 3 licences are showing as not completed and the CmContainer listed for these 2 licences is the same number as the one on my main PC. The Codemeter application on the laptop doesn't show any container.
I've e-mailed requesting support.
CodeMeter is without question the worst form of copy protection I've ever seen.

I love the new skin - modern looking, finally doing this synthesizer justice. Great addon.
I also love the Happy Hardcore expansion - a lot of usable sounds, and excellent, ultra usable Sequences, literally ZERO nonsense here. Plz more from this producer!

That's a Happy Hardcore purchase for me although was hoping for a more classic UK style. Now to attempt the upgrade and code meter... wish me luck!

The Dark Avenger skins have been upgraded to 1.5.
The new skins support the new functionalities of Avenger 1.5 like the expanded mod matrix, the multiloops,.... It also has optimisations to various knobs and buttons.
You can get the skins here: https://stefken.wixsite.com/skins/
* For people who choose to stay with Avenger 1.4, I also included a legacy 1.4 version which has the optimisations to various knobs and buttons.
* Free update for existing users
