Hi All,
I'm a long time lurker on these boards, and have bought and sold more plugins on here than I like to admit. I'm also a software developer and wanted to see if there was any appetite for the following idea:
A simple web application, which lets you log in, enter your DAW / plugins / musical preferences, then matches you with those with similar setups / musical preferences with a view to allowing them to collaborate.
What do you think?

Cubase has something like that built-in but I don't know anyone who has ever actually used it.

This could be interesting for the final stage of a mix when you need fresh (non-biased) ears or 'proof listening' on monitors you don't have in your studio. Instead of doing it the old way, say listening to it in your car, on your home stereo, etc., you provide it to someone with the same set of plugins (in the master channel) to let him/her tweak an alternative treatment. Thanks for the feedback everyone (including your interesting take elassi). Might crank out an initial version and see how useful it is.
