Funny enough that Lennard was able to recreate several 'signature sounds' within no time when people asked in the forum ("How to do this sound from song xyz?"). Every wannabe sound designer must have been shocked by his skills - and the tool he's been using: Sylenth1.

That said: You guys can talk until 2050 and beyond about thin- and thickness. It's worthless. Better spend your time practicing and improving.

who is Lennard? if one guy who obsesses over making Sylenth sound less like a clown synth can do it doesn't mean its a good synth, it just means he has too much time on his hands. the pros know time is better spent in songwriting than coaxing gold out of a toilet. this is a preposterous argument.

Sweetie, Lennard is the coder of Sylenth1.

this is absolutely ridiculous. how dare you insinuate that a synth is good just because its creator is able to push it past its clear limitations. despicable.

Ok, let's agree on this final statement (because as a Pro you surely have better things to do during your precious time):

It's a clown synth and you are a clown member.

Ok?

now you've really gone and done it. i am absolutely astonished at the gall. what a sad time we're living in.

Wait. What gall?

Talkin' about the "clown"-statement?

Afair it was you who introduced it.

The Egyptians already had softsynths powered with solar energy. The pyramids were megadisco's before they were converted to graves for kings with small dicks.
