Something like these stands for the elektrons can be great space savers. I have something similar in perspex for my Octatrack & RTYM ...
Lets see some studio pics

There seem to be lots of boutique rack builders around these days. I think I paid €65 plus postage for mine a few years back from a guy in France. He etches whatever design you want onto them.
Here's a couple of older photos of my elektron setup ...

You need to check out the Faderfox stuff Dave.. These things control everything.. Nice 12 channel mixer too.thecontrolcentre wrote: ↑Mon Dec 30, 2019 8:36 pm There seem to be lots of boutique rack builders around these days. Got my Cat6 cables today from Mathias the developer, now I have them both hooked up. I'll never need another controller. You can change snapshots for all your gear in 1 button push..
Analog Rytm - Each pad has it's own mixer channel plus FX assigned to knobs in 1 snapshot.. Analog 4 snapshot 2 and so on.. MX12
PC12 above controls all Ableton FX fed in to MX12 on the hardware synths sampled straight in to the AKAI MPCX
Happy Days

Haha nope!
Just think these are the best for controlling both hardware and software. There's templates for Ableton Live (snapshots) and for Elektron gear.
Have a look at this video Dave, this is for the PC12 but the MX12 is basically the same concept but with added sliders and less knobs, I got both tho.

I'm thinking about swapping out my MK1 A4 and OT for MK2s. I have a Company of Quail stand for the MK1s, which I love but I can't seem to find anything like it for the MK2s. The Company of Quail stand is made of machined aluminum where most of the stands I've seen for the MK2s are made from plastics or wood.
Maybe I'll keep the MK1 A4, so I can use it in the same stand with the OT MK2.
Anyone know of any stands for MK2 Elektron boxes, made of metal? I'd pay up to $400 for something that was gig-worthy, like the stand I have.

Just finished installing the TT patch bays...
Some new pics of the floor racks. And Orion.
Now it's time to clean up the cabels.

This is all I got for knob closeup shots. Think maybe, I need to buy an actual camera.
My friend likes to take the same kind of shots of his wife interestingly, which is why I refuse
to work on his computer anymore.

Heh, shes a beautiful lady and super nice, I would be mortified if she ever found out
I saw those. The job was to back up all his photos to an external drive he bought.
With the ubiquitous thumbnail view it's nearly impossible avoid seeing them, even
after I figured out they weren't internet porn as he zoomed out to show her entirely.
Thankfully, he was not into taking photos with her. Ugh, I would have been really pissed
about that.
A surprising number of male computer owners do that without knowing anything
about how to delete or hide them. You really have to be careful when fixing computers
professionally or even for friends.
