Stupid Expansion Tank Question!

Ok, I hope I know the answer to this but I wanna check anyhow. The Expansion tanks all come with ST2LE. Is it a "normal" version of LE which is to say that if I buy more than one, can I load the sounds from one tank into a single library that one copy of ST2LE can then access, or will I have lots of different versions of sampletank2LE, each specific to it's one library?
Cheers, Gareth
Oh, and are they actually shipping yet, I can't see them on the website of the Pro Audio supplier I usually use?

In an amazing co-incidence, Gareth - I took delivery of Sonic Synth and a few expansion tanks yesterday
The one copy of ST2LE can be used for all your sounds, you won't end up with a whole bunch

ok.
I got the Sonic Synth group-buy bundle. I also picked up omnisynth and the bass, guitar, piano, symphony strings and acoustic drums expansion tanks.
I am absolutely thrilled to bits
I haven't had nearly enough time to go through even 10% of what's there, yet. I am super impressed by what I've played with so far.
With this setup , I have pretty much all the sampled sounds I would ever need. Augment it with a few synths and some drumloops and I'm set
Highlights so far have been symphony strings - a huge range of gorgeous sounding string instruments - and Acoustic Drums - I love loading up a drumikit and playing. I lose track of time whilst getting funky
I need to find more time to really get into the depth of sounds here (it's mind boggling, frankly
) but I'm certain I won't need any more sampled instruments.

em.. I got that too. I didn't think that the extra CD's you could buy with the group buy bundle were the same as the expansion tanks. Am I wrong?

There are over 20 Expansion Tank titles on www.esoundz.com True, the SR ones are version 2s of the original "eROMS" we did. They have additional patches for ST2 (and Acoustic Drums now has additional GM map kits). But, the other AMG, IK and MB titles have been selling really well since we put them up. They offer different sounds that are really diverse especially in the genres of dance and hip hop.gareth wrote:em.. I got that too. Our latest ST2 libraries with new samples are the Sonik Capsules which are not only in ST2 format but also HALIon, Kontakt, Reason, EXS24 and more all from the same package... and it is the same price. Check those out too on www.esoundz.com Try one out and if you like it then you can expect the same level of quality througout the range.
