I will check the latest update and see if there is any info about it...or if there is already implimentation in place. I only really know about the conversions that I use so I cant tell you off the top of my head :oops:

I just posted up the latest copy of sfZed the free sfz format editor - which will also convert soundfonts to sfz format. So if you can convert to soundfont, this will get you to sfz.

thanks Steve, I already downloaded it. I'm using it atm to program the sfz version of the Lastufka Acoustic Bass library.
However soundfont would for instance not support kontakt or gs3 features, therefore converting via sf2 isn't an option for me. I have to convert a *lot* of samples from these formats to sfz, therefore I really need a direct conversion, and a very accurate one at that as I don't want to end up having to do manual fixes for half a year.

According to the latest patch information file it says that there is basic SFZ implimentation whatever "basic" means Im not quite sure. You may want to try the demo...but Im not sure how much functionality the demo has. Or you could try hitting up their forum and asking about it there too. Here is the link to their forum:

thanks, bought the thing and am waiting for their kontakt implementation this week. Then I'll start converting.. am gonna be a right pain in the bum :D
