Bazille not saving favorites.

I have the latest version of Bazille. I'm on a MacBook Pro running OS 10.14.6 and my daw is Logic Pro 10.4.8. This setup will NOT save favorites in Bazille. I mark favorites, turn the computer off and when I return they're no longer marked as favorites. ???

First, please define "latest version".
The latest official release version is still version 1.1, revision 3898.
Then there is an intermediate version out there, to fix the file sorting issue in High Sierra and above (this was rev. 7859).
Then there are multiple latest builds posted on KVR, with different revision numbers, the latest being 9619.
You can typically find the revision imprinted on the GUI, the exact position depending on the skin you are using.
So please, at least post which revision number you are using.
If favourites are not saved, this most likely means that you do only have read permissions, but no write permissions in the directory where the database resides. This can easily be changed, once we know that this is reason for your problem.

Love your patches by the way.
The version I have is 7859. I was under the impression that the more recent versions you refer to are for beta testing. Since I'm not very proficient at spotting problems in the beta versions, I usually wait for official releases.

Wish I'd had more time to create some new sounds.The versions we post as "latest builds" are technically beta versions, but are usually stable enough to use in daily work (unless we state otherwise).rainguitar wrote: Sat Jan 11, 2020 12:51 am The version I have is 7859. But since they are still beta versions, there is no guarantee for them to be free of bugs. The current Bazille latest build (rev. 9619) still has one bug in the LFO phase which we want to fix soon. Once that's done, we'll post a new version in the coming weeks. I'd recommend to check if this one saves the favourites properly. The installer will try to fix any write permission problems, so it should then hopefully work without issues.
It's also possible that there was a randomly occuring bug in the preset database in that revision 7859. Hard to say since saving favourites always worked fine when tested with that version. But there have been many improvements and fixes in the preset browser section since then, thus I am quite confident that your issue should be solved with the next update.
Should this upcoming version not fix your problem, then please let us know immediately, best by writing a mail to our support.
