Need help with an Overloud license transfer

I purchased a license transfer key number.......but I'm not sure what to do with it.....does the buyer register this to their account? Or the seller, which is me? And how?

I did send a support e-mail but Overloud is closed right and I hope to take care of this customer ASAP. Any help is greatly appreciated.
