It refuses description, allowing only the vague approach of adjectives: dark, light, raw, angelic. Who or what is making these noises? Where are they coming from and what do they point to? What kind of entity can leave such a troubling sonic remnant?

If you're into Python, this could lead you down the right path: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/748 ... oving-them

There's also this article https://www.howtogeek.com/200962/how-to ... n-windows/ which has a few options.

I believe I've used dupfinder in the past. If not, something with a very similar name...

I'm sure google will unearth many more.

I got bored so I made one of my own: https://github.com/Dakkra/DuplicateFileTool

It's a simple little command line tool. It checks file sizes followed by SHA2 hashes on the files with similar sizes. It then lists the files and gives you the option to delete duplicates.

If no one uses it, fair game. I just wanted a little project to work on :D :tu:
