Peter,
Merry Xmas and a Prosperous New Year!

Please tell me why there (apparently) isn't any discount for an early adopter of the Leslie collection.

Kind regards,

Joachim
If it were easy, anybody could do it!

Did you get the DMC-122? I'm considering it for the ipad app version down the road.

Dewdman42 wrote: Mon Oct 07, 2019 8:03 pm That's good info about the midi. Do you know if any of those more elaborate Hammond midi messages are providing perhaps more resolution then 0-127 midi CC through midi learn?
The Hammond controllers send a lot of MIDI data outside of just MIDI CC messages. They are unique when compared to most MIDI gear and because of this a traditional MIDI learn function won't work. Unfortunately, we don't have a list of the messages used due to the complexity of each model.
Noted. Thanks for responding. One midi controller I have been thinking about getting is the DMC-122: https://www.genuinesoundware.com/?a=showproduct&b=42 (https://www.genuinesoundware.com/?a=showproduct&b=42)

So basically I am just wondering what would be involved in setting up all the midi learns needed to control your software like a hammond... Sure would be nice if we could save it as a profile somehow.

I also hope a future update may consider multi-out audio for the direct, guitar amp and leslie amp mixer sub mixes...

Thank you, Joachim, and same to you! You can use JamPoints earned from the Leslie Collection purchase (and other IK purchases) to reduce the price of Hammond B-3X by up to an additional 30% off. That is our current loyalty program, in addition to (and working in conjunction with) our crossgrade program. You can find all of the latter types of special pricing deals for which you qualify at https://www.ikmultimedia.com/userarea/eligibility

Need an extra demo guy?

Cool. That did remind me we had another demo guy at NAMM:

I think your demo artists would benefit from having a separate monitor
connected to the moderator's laptop hdmi-out, they have to
look behind them to follow along, and don't look as happy as one
might expect. Letting them quietly noodle a bit, under the speakers
verbal presentation might also lighten things up a bit,
and keyboard splits would still allow seemless switching to
the current feature being presented. Lots of skillz
and lots of features to exploit :hyper:

Has anyone had a problem printing this? When I mixdown in Nuendo 11 on Windows, it is all wrong. Like stuck notes, overdriven Leslie, etc. It sounds great on playback in Nuendo...just not when it is mixed down into a single wav file.

I am using the iOS version. Some questions I hope someone may have an answer to,,,

1. Nord and Viscount dual manual organs (and perhaps others?) use the same drawbar CCs for upper and lower manual, merely changing which MIDI channel they transmit on (corresponding to the channels assigned to the upper and lower manuals themselves). I don't see a way to specify that in B-3X, which seems to only permit different CCs on the same MIDI channel (and not same CCs on different MIDI channels). Is there an option I missed, or is there no way to assign these organs' drawbars to separately control the registrations of each manual?

2. I may sometimes want to use some particular keyboard to control B-3X, and other times want to use a different one. Is there a way to save different MIDI CC definitions so I don't have to change 20+ settings every time I switch from one controller to another that uses different MIDI CCs?

3. Once, I was able to change the sample rate from 48k to 44.1k which eliminated my clicking problem, but now for some reason it has reverted to 48k and the pop-down provides no other option. Do you know why the 44.1 option might have become unavailable, and how I might get it back?

Thanks for any answers!
