Best Free / Cheap Sampler for Multi Sample Packs

I just bought the '60s Motown Multi Sample Pack and I'm looking for a recommendation for the best free Sampler to use with it. I'm on Reaper. I also might be interested if there's one out there for under $50.. that's far superior to the best free one.

You can use it in Sforzando, which is free. It will use the SFZ patches.
