Offboard programmer and Argpeggiator for DX7 Mk 1

Hello all, I've resurrected my beaten up DX7 Mk 1 and would love to find a simple offboard programmer to be able to use it to its full potential to create patches.

Also, would love a simple Mac arpeggiator for it.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

Jellinghaus and DTronics it seems - ancient and expensive.
Better get Dexed (free) or the Arturia both can deal with DX7 sysex and can be used as programmer. But you might find out that they could replace the hardware...
