Drumdrops has a very good “ringo library”. A bit of distortion and you can get that style of sound pretty quickly. It also has a very flexible Kontakt interface.

Drum drops has a great Ludwig Hollywood kit. It’s a bit of a memory hog, but it’s great on a set of V-drums.
