Ben Osterhouse's strings - inexpensive and on KontaktHub, but don't overlook it, he makes very interesting textural stuff
Bela D's vocal stuff is good at being freaky in the horror movie sense, more so than freaky in the very weird sense
And if you're willing to look at non-Kontakt stuff, my own Vengeful Cello gets pretty out there, and Eduardo Tarilonte's Dark Era has some very unusual stuff that can be used for a lot more than Vikingy soundtracks.
