Same here.
Any idea how to get on an "inform me about updates" list?
The plugin itself does not seem to check for updates.

hey guys, we hope you like the update!
-we have not sent out email notifications until now, will do next week, check your spam on tuesday!

-pattern randomization according to random profiles:
it can be done, we will put it on the list for 1.2.

-some hints
due to the design philosophy of a generic synth engine, kicks and snares take some experience. for punch, its not enough to use the p-mod controls, as assigning the amp env to pitch is not enough. I improved the kick randomizer profile, so that it assigns osc1 env to osc2 pitch and vice versa. if both osc have different decay times the effect gets interesting. the idea is to use the osc own p-mod just slightly (for the slow movement that takes the recognizable pitch away), and then add a very fast p-mod for punch. other punch colors can be achieved with fast env on fm, wave or rm.
for snares, only very fast or no pmod should be used.

yours, rico

I bought DC when it came out as my first software synthesis Drum Machine. The other runner was Sonic Charge Microtonic, and for a while i wasn't sure i made the right choice. I liked the sequencer and synthesis options of DC, but thought it lacked punch, and kicks were hard to deal in. However, update 1.1 really delivers and makes this drum machine one of the best on the market imho. The new analog oscillator is a nice surprise: it offers more "conventional" routes that can be turned into new sonic textures. The 2 band EQ really helps in crafting everything to your liking. Overall, the creative possibilities in 'synthesis' beats & rhythms are WIDE and you now got all the punch you want to do whatever the hell you want with it. Well done Sugar Bytes...

Yeah i agree. Next on my list, will definitely buy it now. kicks are nice and juicy, and the sheer fact that they responded so quickly to feedback makes me feel confident in the developer.
