Hi Everyone,

I just bought a used Arturia Beatstep (regular, not Pro) with the goal of using this to quickly put together chord progressions and sounds in Ableton. I am using the pads to generate chords in Apollo Chord Designer (a really useful device), and am wondering what people here would think is a good setup for the 16 knobs on the Beatstep. I am thinking that for two oscillators, this might be a useful arrangement:

Knob 1: Osc 1 Attack
Knob 2: Osc 1 Decay
Knob 3: Osc 1 Sustain
Knob 4: Osc 1 Release
Knob 5: Filter 1 Type
Knob 6: Filter 1 Cutoff Frequency
Knob 7: LFO 1 - Osc 1 Parameter 1
Knob 8: LFO 2- Osc 1 Parameter 2
Knob 9: Osc 2 Attack
Knob 10: Osc 2 Decay
Knob 11: Osc 2 Sustain
Knob 12: Osc 2 Release
Knob 13: Filter 2 Type
Knob 14: Filter 2 Cutoff Frequency
Knob 15: LFO 3 - Osc 2 Parameter 1
Knob 16: LFO 4- Osc 2 Parameter 2

I am trying to come up with the most useful arrangement of these 16 knobs. Naturally, if I need to delve into any given synth more deeply, I can simply open up that synth's GUI to do so. Ideally, however, I can get close to where I want to be with just the 16 knob assignments.

Any recommendations/thoughts on the above would be welcome. In addition, what would you think would be two useful parameters to be modulated by the LFOs above?
