I really wonder if Zynaptiq is still at work on new plugins... Their Twitter is up to date but only with some retweets here and there and some sale offers. Nothing new at the horizon... They were also quite active in forums at some point, but they are ghosts now. I love their creative tools, I really hope they are doing fine and still financially healthy.

They obviously switched their business model:

Their support was quick and useful for me recently. Quite an involved issue

I don't believe we'll ever see this released (or AudioSpillage's DrumSpillage update). I don't think the developers are intentionally misleading anyone, but for whatever reason, they just don't have the drive to get it done. But hey, if either does come out one day, I will be delighted to be proven wrong! :ud:

(Note that this is personal opinion and speculation based on past (lack of) performance; I have no inside information whatsoever.)

It will be released this year.
Wanna bet?

Post

No, because I want to lose. I want Orange Vocoder 4 to be released! I just don't believe it will be. But I'm not betting against my own self-interest, because I'm very much hoping to be wrong and that it is.

You're welcome!

Yesterday I uploaded a track to
Cities and Memory.

I heavily used Razor's vocoder.
So lovely!
Hope, my track will make into the final release.

To make a long story short:
I fell in love with Vocoders!
Can't get enough of them...

I understand these plugins take alot of time to develop. However back in 2018, it looked like the plugin was pretty much near completion. So I'm not understanding why in the world they still haven't released it 2 years later. I really hope it comes out sometime this year.

Seems that they've had other business to do.
I presume developing and coding for other companies.
Perhaps more stable and better revenue than this deteriorated enduser plugin business.
However, I'm looking forward to playing with this Orange thing in due time.
