Converting a SE synth to a custom-coded one is around 20k-25k (again, last time I checked). Genesis Pro looks fairly complex so I would tend to think it's closer to 25k.recursive one wrote: Mon Feb 10, 2020 11:38 am For what I know, making an integrated Jbridge version costs few hundred euro. Proting into native code is probably way more. Probably not the kind of expences an 1 EUR plugin could justify.
I'll definitely try to get it to work with Jbridge.
I realize it must be an extremely laborious effort, but that price... Was it ever actually done in human history?
As far as the "invisbile" jbridge goes, that 500 USD - is it just a permission to distribute the pre-wrapped dll without the Jbridge logo?
Or does it involve testing stability in various DAWs, troubleshooting, adapting the bridge code to the specific dll to minimize crashes and errors? On other words, does it provide any advantages to end users, who may just run jbridge themselves?
