KV331 Synthmaster Player IAP Problems

I have the Synthmaster Everything bundle and have installed Synthmaster Player iOS but cannot get IAP to work properly on my devices (Ipad 6th and 7th Gen).

When I try to restore purchases, I get a blank list and when I try to get the free additional sounds, it crashes.

I have reached out to KV331 support as well as Apple App Store support and they have no solutions. Has anyone else experiences this kind of behavior or am I the only one? I would love to be able to access all of my Synthmaster sounds on my iPad.
