Any fans of the French group M83? Just heard a couple of tunes and thought they were pretty cool. Anybody know anything about them?

YES! I just got a copy of their first record. After I copied the (legally purchased) CD into MP3s, I noticed that the song titles form a kind of poem. How avant-garde of them. Seriously, the music is great. It always makes me want to put on some Broken Social Scene afterward for some reason. Check out http://www.ilovem83.com/. Trippy UI.
I really like that they get such a huge sound out of such cheap sounding instruments. How do they do dat? Oh yeah, professional sound engineers. I shall have to be content with sounding cheaply.
If you're into trippy, gritty stuff, check out Subtle "A New White". It's the Anticon guys featuring doseone, lo-fi glitch rap for indie geeks. You'll probably like it. Find out more and purchase d/l mp3s at http://bleep.warprecords.com.

I love Dead Seas... There's one track in particular called 'Beauties can Die' which is BEAUTIFUL. They're having a new album out soon too...
