No, No, No. We still need more votes for Cubase - it's not yet leading the poll!

First you refuse to buy the latest from AAS and now your stating in a public forum that you would not buy Logic V7 on the windows platform :uhuhuh: - your pushing it boyo.

Flipper.
Face it: Logic has been good to you. :D

But for the rest of us: Logic sinks like bull piss. :(
logic's still amongst the lower percentages votes wise
For now, yes. :D But...Emagic turn their back on the PC because they knew they couldn't complete with Steinberg if anything were fair and balance on both platforms. And Cakewalk products have always been user-friendly (unless you bring soft studios to this discussion). 8)

IF PC users are the majority in KVR, then maybe logic will maintain a low vote count because none of the PC users wants to deal with Mac or Logic.
When Cakewalk give sonar an engine that doesn't drop out all the time, come talk to me.
On the other hand, if you have a soundcard that is below average (with or without WDM or ASIO), or a PC with lack of CPU power (with or without Freeze), that is more your fault that Cakewalk. :uhuhuh:

And you also need a new computer.

But the truly worst sequencer is the one that only works on the latest PC :-o

Speaking of which, according to both MTM and Sound on Sound, SX3 really needs two screens

35 million??? Hmmmmm? :?

Yes, I'll buy a Mac to run a professional Pro-Tools Studio setup (only because PT have always been Mac friendly from day one). 8)

Everything else (FLS, Live, Audition, etc.), I'll still buy a PC from Sony. :D

I started sequencing parts and using computers on stage back in the DOS 3.0 days. I think it was 20 years ago using a 286 and black and white monitor. Anything now is better. Back then you did not copy and past repeating parts. You recorded macros of key strokes and then ran those macros over and over.

Thanks for making me feel old. :(

All I need to be happy is one more VSTi.

it was a toss-up for me between fruity and tracktion. I flipped a coin and fruity lost.
but it's the tracktion USERS I hate the most. I mean, they only paid $80 for it and they seem perfectly happy!
what's with that?
:hihi:

PUHLEASE!
Athlon Xp3200+ 2 meg geil ultrafast ram Mia Midi.

this happened from sonar 2, and 3, but i don't know about 4 cuz i never used it and never will. over 5 various systems, with different soundcards, including, egosys, rme. and the fastest pentiuma nd athlon processors available ta that time.
Before I stop using Sonar3 (I use Audition for vocals now), it was working very good on my PC (with ASIO4ALL to give me an extra edge with 44.1 resampling). And that was on a PC with P4, CPU power of only 1.4 Gig, 512 RAM, & SBLive Audigy soundcard. :D

As a typical PC user, I love to get my hands dirty to keep my PC running smoothly. 8)

Or you can buy SL and be happy with just one screen...the way it should be. :D
