I'm a big fan of S1 and am using it for a while now. Currently looking for a motorized daw controller, which also allows me to control plugins. I remember faderport didn't had a bank option, maybe that changed already.
Another controller that came up is the x-touch, not the compact one. Both more or less in the same price range.
Curious what you guys suggest here for me to buy. Budget around 500-600 euro, or a second hand is also possible.
Perhaps you tell me to wait as new controllers coming up that look promising?

Faderport 8 or a different controller for s1?

I would go with a Faderport due to the tight integration with Studio One. I own the 16 and single channel Faderport models, and they work excellent out-of-the-box with Studio One.

Agreed. If Studio One is your DAW of choice the Faderport is the way to go.
