Ethno World, Ra and Silk are the big names for libraries with broad coverage. Eduardo Tarilonte has some stuff also in the Era series. Strezov has the Balkan orchestra and is also working on Jade.

If you're looking authentic sounds with many articulations, I can't recommend enough Eduardo Tarilonte's Forest Kingdom and Era series. They sound amazing and are easy to use.

Best Service Ancient Era Persia
Native Instruments Discovery Series (have cool sequences in some. Overlooked libraries I think. Covers Cuba, India. Middle East, West Africa, Balinese Gamelan
Lots of Sonic Couture, particularly Balinese Gamelan II (from which NI's Gamelan above is a cut down version), Wassolou Balafon, Bowed Gamelan
Soundiron Aztec Death Whistle, Temple Drums
Strix Instruments Kangling
Rast Sound Sounds of Morroco, Sounds of Cambodia, plus many smaller libraries and loop libraries (loops not my thing)
TAQS.IM Pro (there's TAQS.IM Free you can download for free)
Evolution Series World Colors Clar-Duduk (free) (plus many bigger libraries I don't have)
