There seem to be a bunch of videos on YouTube of 1970s porn music but none from the 1980s or 1990s. I'm curious to know what porn music from that era sounded like. Feel free to post any albums if you know any.

I don't want to tell you how to spend your free time, but if you're watching porn just for the music, you're kind of missing the point.
That said, Alex Ball has some informative videos on making the music of certain eras (or with certain synths), and he just posted one on '80s porn.
Enjoy it here: https://youtu.be/v4SNG6vhNtQ

I don't think they really use music these days, but I could be wrong.planetearth wrote: ↑Wed Feb 19, 2020 1:40 amI don't want to tell you how to spend your free time, but if you're watching porn just for the music, you're kind of missing the point.

I don't know anyone who ever left the sound up on the TV to find out.tmelram wrote: ↑Wed Feb 19, 2020 1:42 amI don't think they really use music these days, but I could be wrong.planetearth wrote: ↑Wed Feb 19, 2020 1:40 amI don't want to tell you how to spend your free time, but if you're watching porn just for the music, you're kind of missing the point.

There's actually a TON of sites out there now that let you watch classic porn music videos for free!
Usually, it's under the "vintage" or sometimes "retro" category. You can find it with a quick Google search. It's like headbanger's ball.
Personally, I find the singing ruined a lot of the music, though. I was never a huge fan of the whole "screaming" thing, which is why I was never big on death metal or screamo, either.

Didn't music stopped being used in porn during the 90's? I don't remember any music from that time.
