Where/how to achieve such hi-hat sound?

I've been trying to achieve a hi-hat sound similar to this:

I like its focused, dry and somewhat rough character a lot. I fiddled with sounds from Komplete, Halion 6 library, SSD5, GA4, and everything I've tried sounded either too dirty, roomy, cumbersome or thin, lackluster and spiky. Well, one kit from GA4 "Rock Pop Toolbox" sounded remotely similar, but not good enough.

Would like to hear insights on achieving this kind of sound.
