I have&love the synth Alchemy, how to install it to my new computer?

Because I have a new computer and there is a need to re-install all the plugins, especially they which havent a simple DLL file, I ask myself and you the question how to install also Alchemy, which I love and need because it is not available anymore....

I have the installer and spent hours trying to figure out how to resintall it.
In the end what I figured out is the installer works if you disconnect your internet connection.
