For example if I want to run a delay into an effect and then have that output go back into the delay again. I tried routing a mixer output back into a previous mixer input and it did not want to attach.
Thanks

Darn. Would have made a nice tool for delays with other effects in the feedback chain. The snapshots especially would be useful for out of control trippy delays.

Nugen Sigmod is a nice companion to Freestyle, or any host for that matter. There is a "Tap" feature that might enable you to do what you're asking for. You can send audio from one instance to another.Echoes in the Attic wrote: ↑Mon Feb 17, 2020 2:46 pm Darn. Would have made a nice tool for delays with other effects in the feedback chain. Check out VSTforx.
An amazing modular host/plugin. One of its tricks is similar to the above, you can send audio anywhere, even to another host. Meaningn you could set feedback loops between apps if you wanted. You an even control it from another host.
Released free a few years ago there's no longer any help at the webpage but the short videos on YT will give you an idea what it can do.
