I wrote Korg and they told me that I should use the generic controls which you find in cubase

I told then that it would be like if MS suggests people to use the command prompt to operate windows.

I hadn't seen reference to Tiago Mallen's Triton VST Youtube vid. Pretty terrific demo. He steps through several of the COMBI categories: KEYBOARD, ORGAN, STRINGS, SYNTH, LEAD SPLITS, MOTION SYNTH, SYNTH, BASS SPLITS, RHYTHMIC. It's a vid that I listened to while surfing the 'net.. and ended up finding several fantastic presets to use as start-yeast for my own COMBIs. Anyway - thought I would mention it. No affiliation, your mileage may vary, yadda yadda ..

Put it on a SSD Drive.
Defrag your drive (if not SSD)
