AmpliTube MESA/Boogie is now available

The DAW part in Amplitube is there so guitar players can just start doing stuff with it without the need to buy a DAW too.

Plenty of kids get old enough to use Amplitube every year.
And not needing a full daw pricetag and learning curve right away,
is a good thing in many cases. Keeps them off the streets.
A few months of odd jobs can earn a kid enough for Amplitube
and a Reaper license. Or a couple weeks at a fast-food job.

Yeah, well, I guess it's to pull in new customers, not reward existing customers. Of course, IK will say that we get rewarded with bonus jampoints and credits now and then which is very true, so horses for courses, swings and roundabouts and so on.

Well that's still a no-brainer for an officially sanctioned amp model. Would especially be useful for when my Axe-FX is in the jam space instead of my studio. I only ever use the Recto model anyway.

Silliest policy on earth. I just can't get that. Not the first time IKM does that nonsense. Loyal costumers (that made them earnings) get kicked and new customers - never spended a penny - get rewarded. WTF?

Good products, really, but silly policies (the installer mess on top of that all).

I relayed the concern that it is for new customers just now in a meeting and it is definitely a point for consideration for future giveaways. This one needed to be an offer for new AmpliTube CS users but going forward it was requested that this not be a requirement. Thanks for the feedback.

I totally understand the need to draw in new customers. And to be honest:

Amplitube gear, Sampletank libs, Syntronik instruments,
UNO soundbanks, and shop credits.

Same here - Amplitube, Sampletank, Syntronik, jampoints, credits. I can't complain

Oh and the update recent to T-Racks which unlocks UI resizing - awesome!

I think Mesa was the start of the current gen IK modeling. It was available for AT3.
