One Synth Challenge #132: ToneZ by t0nit0rmx (MrKarollus Wins!)

So here is my Entry,

this time something in the 90s Eurodance Area, combined with something that maybe sounds like an accordeon. I had some small troubles with the VST 3 version, there the sound mutes after a while, but i had this problem with some other VST 3 so it might be my system... The VST 2 worked just fine - i really enjoyed the inbuilt Chorus and Compressor - the last one helped a lot with the percussive sounds!

Ayeee! First timer here. Had a blast. Didn't have a lot of time to work on that but had lots of fun.
The snare was a f**king challenge.

Had some problems with the synth (throwing different OS errors at different points), but everything was fine if I kept only one instance running at a time.

ToneZ was interesting. Buggy and a little CPU intensive at times, but also capable of some unpredictably decent sounds.

There's a serious bug where duplicated instances will trigger "reset" and "panic" when opening the gui, destroying the patch and forcing the plugin to be deleted and replaced. This is a very consistent bug in windows Tracktion 64.

I've always liked cabbage but this doesn't bridge properly in Reaper, triggering out of time.

It's very important to add pitch bend and modwheel to the gui because there are many situations where the vsti should be used to modulate pitchbend rather than midi clips or controllers.
