Which internet browser are you using?

I've used Mac based Chrome and Safari....Neither work unfortunately. Dammit.
If support doesn't get back to me in a day or two I'm gonna have to either delay the release or scratch the affected track and change out for another track that doesn't use Avenger... All this because of they switched to a three month relicensing process... Agghhh

Another fine example of "I've no problem, therefore there is no problem".

I am concerned if you folks with issues have been hammering on Rene's support door and have had no reply and a non-functioning product as a result. This is kinda crazy.

Sometimes I have indeed gotten responses from Rene.
However, I have supplied quite a few bugs with crash logs over the past few months, it is maybe on two occasions he asked me to help with repro (Avenger crashed whilst playing an ARP patch he asked me which patch, I usually do not remember exactly which one).....I am not aware of many (if any) of my reported bugs ever being fixed.

Colour me Unimpressed.

Hey guys and especially manuel. I am really sad to see that the replies here in the last few months/weeks got mostly negative. Im still pre 1.5 so i cannot comment on the new cp but do you really dont care anymore and are the recent posters all their fault? Im in the IT 1st and 2nd level also 3rd level jobs if im experienced enough

and can tell you that not always users are not on fault but a lot of the software etc. So i hope you care again more to make avenger a great accepted product instead of leaving out the people who want to enjoy it and also some who helped you get the great feedbacks before all the changes. Im still stayong pre 1.5 before all is better managed and more safer? As my system is in a great shape and dont want to f**k it up. Thx

Meanwhile I'm happy sitting here with Synthmaster & a good tested Rapid, being able to just make music without hassling about copy protection or ongoing nasty bugs...

I keep getting this message that my license will expire soon. Prob been brought up early in the thread but it's an 800 page thread. What do I do? Request license update?

I have to say, I'm not so die-hard anti-CM but I do find it kind of f**king obnoxious that I'm getting pop ups while my DAW initializes that tell me my license is expiring like it's some kind of demo

I agree - getting a warning that your permanent license is about to expire every 90 days is ridiculous. The situation does seem, if anything, to be getting worse. There is a new product called VMAN to help authorisation, but there's been a few reports of this failing so badly the synth stops working altogether. So for now I'd go with the older clumsy-but-seems-to-work-for-people method:

("your account" refers to the https://register.vps-avenger.com/ address)

You can renew the time-period by deactivating and reactivating your license on the computer using the

- “Manage Activations” button in your account.
- Click the button "Re-Host License" to de-activate the license
- Then click the Button "Activate Licenses" to activate the license again

This will reset the time-period

They've got to get a solid, reliable, zero click rolling thing going ASAP. Nexus is only 30 days but at least it works reliably and is unobtrusive.
