I'm running Ableton Live and Logic on Catalina and can't figure out how to get MIDI out from JamStix AU if I load it into Patchwork.

I load JamStix into Patchwork, load a kit, and it plays back fine. However, if I set up JamStix for MIDI out to say NI Battery, and map MIDI out from JamStix to the same port as Battery, I can't get it to play Battery.

I experimented with other MIDI out AUs and managed to send MIDI from one AU to another and hear audio out.

Does anyone know if this is an issue with JamStix or if JamStix needs a particular setup that isn't typical of other AU plugins?

I am not familiar with this particular plug-in, but are you sure that the AU supports MIDI out? It is not a feature that is widely spread, so maybe using the VST version instead (if there is one) would work?

I’m actually beginning to wonder if the Mac version of it is getting much love these days. It’s a great plugin, but suffering from a number of bugs.
