I may also appreciate the arpeggiate-able step sequencer!
But wondering if Mux also has other midi altering modules.
Zoom in on the Event drop-down I opened up for my screen grab, for a start. Plus, there's lots of modulation modules and all modules have plenty of mod targets. So, it's very powerful in a sort of generic modular way…

Plus there's a user-library, here (Mux allows for face-plate" design):

The easiest way to make the most of Mux for MIDI, IMO, as with all other MIDI FX, is to use it with all your other MIDI FX, DAW supplied and otherwise:)

Thanks for posting the videos.
I am very impressed.
Ditto! Altho just taking the time to connect up my iPad to my DAWs is still a barrier for me:(…

Also, having MUCH fun with reMIDI, an amazing little MIDI "sampling" utility, completely unique and works really well:

I use the iConnectmidi2+ and easy to use. Yes some times have minor hickups but for midi to the PC Windows 10 it works. See my signature. The PC is on the floor to the left out of the picture. Not sure how well the iConnectmidi2+ works on a Mac.

Me neither, and I've got one!

Enjoyed viewing your studio pix—reminded me of mine circa 1990. When I finally packed it up and moved on, I had NINE EV-5's hooked up and active:)

Try resetting the iConnectmidi2+
or
unplug and re-plug the Jack 1 USB and even Jack 2
I did have some issues with Windows iConnectmidi2+ software but now there is a new version out.
Get the latest firmware.
But likely you know all this.

Love the iPad midi software!

Indeed iPad/iOS has tons of great midi tools.
I‘m waiting for Drambo (Beepstreet) which might be my new top here for midi as well (its a modular synth compared best maybe with kind of Reaktor Blocks you can say but with a much better workflow, also FX, midi, MPE, parameter locks, morphing scenes and much more).
Most iOS midi tools have a better GUI and workflow. I mainly use my iPhone as midi tool and to feed audio into Logic. The 3D touch and size makes it a great and expressive midi controller. At the same time i can control the iOS apps via my mac midi FX and record it back into Logic or iOS DAW.

there is this thread:

Cinebient, I replied to your post over there.
I hope you don't mind.

Really cool what those guys are up to, IMO!

Note that so far, there's no way to get MIDI Out from Unify, so until they fix that, all these new wonders are stuck in there, and only recordable as audio.

Still…:)

Meanwhile, my fascination with sequencing and MIDI Out in Mu and Mux continues. The docs and support are sketchy, but persistence furthers:)

The Rack in Reason finally got midi out so there is hope that there will be a midi out from Unify.
The Melda MSF has similar issue.

Hope to watch the video soon.

In S1 the Multi-Instruments there is a way to get knobs to do as in Mux.
Since Studio One is Multi-touch I was able to get Absynth to also have the knobs that are multi-touch! Very happy but unfortunately only a few parameters are available.
So hope that Unify is multi-touch capable. Likely it is.
Have yet to install it.

I had suggested to add a modular view in Unify that can be editable.
Modular as in Bidule, Mux, FL Patcher etc. with virtual cables.

Shane responded:
There are plans, yes, but we have many higher-priority items to do first.

So yes I am looking forward to it happening.
