I just tried the site a few minutes ago. I could only get "Error 403" messages. After that, I immediately came here to see if anyone else was having difficulty with the site. Just as I suspected, the site is down for everyone!

I have to say, my faith in this project is fading fast. After waiting all this time, I might end up having to take my $1.12 USD elsewhere, before all that money reaches critical mass and burns a hole in my pocket!

Seriously though, I do hope nothing is wrong with the developer. If he's ill or in quarantine from the coronavirus, I can certainly wait till he gets his life back to normal, and I do wish him well.

You’re right, he most probably has had more than one job today. I was just being ironic. I mean, the release date was announced, like, two weeks ago or so. So things should better have already been set up yesterday. Plus, since he offered to pre-Register, he must have had at least a rough idea of how many people would be waiting for the synth today.

I don’t hope so, but it is of course possible that the corona virus has something to do with the waiting. But then again-why not be honest about it and put an appropriate message on the website? I guess most people would have had an understanding for it. But this „maintenance“ screen seems just ... badly prepared and unprofessional? At least in my opinion. Anyways, no hard feelings here. I hope he gets things sorted out soon and that he’s doing fine during these days.

I hate to say it, but it is possible he's simply unable to properly update his site at this time. For example, he might be having serious technical issues with his website, or he might be in a hospital, or in a strict quarantine situation.

I certainly hope he isn't in a bad situation like that. I'm just saying he might have a perfectly good reason for not being in communication with us today. Honestly, I'm much more concerned about his well being, than I am about getting the new synth today.

New page is disfunctional... ya all know broken proken promises leads to resentment... you communicated your marketing fantastically well Ummet, but your failure to deliver on time makes this whole effort of yours and Genesis Pro feel rather untrustworthy. .... hope you are not in a seriously bad sitution that has delayed the launch.. better communication about the true status of this product and its launch would have been most preferred!

I'm just surprised that he hasn't taken to social media and addressed the issue, he just letting everyone trash-talk and speculate.

Yeah i can imagine something like..."hey team we have a bad situation that cost you 50 percent of my upcoming 300k eu profit, but wait few hours, i have to fix this thing that has nothing to do with you that im selling for 1 eur, otherwise people will be mad and my status level in KVR will be ruined"

Dont be a joke man, that guy is more busy than you probably ever been in your lifetime will ever be, and this project is his secondary, no need to slash the guy for something that he offers for free, especialy given the situation that entertainment buisiness facing.

I may be wrong, but given the cirmustances and Ummet's ocupation and his line of work (incl how famous) everything is possible. Hopefuly its just some minor thing.
