Elektronisch already had two bans so this one's permanent. Deleted Elektronisch's comment and responses to it and some other off-topic posts. Not all posts that got deleted were offensive, some were reacting to the one that got him banned and a few were just off topic.
Back on topic, please, and comment on the synth, not opinions of each other.

You do realise that the site will crash about 19.05 CET due to demand?

Personally I’d wait until next week. Its been 8 years in the making; what’s a few days?

I wonder what happens if I press this button...

It should be fine. Probably. The traffic isn't going to be that crazy, and as long as he has a decent CDN it'll handle the bandwidth just fine to cover the downloads.ramseysounds wrote: Fri Mar 13, 2020 5:07 pm You do realise that the site will crash about 19.05 CET due to demand?

I'm not too bothered about when it finally drops. However I am a bit concerned about the attack on the website a couple of weeks back.
User information was leaked and it doesn't seem like the follow up met GDPR regulations.
People have asked Ummet about what was done after the attack, he responded something like "We took action to close the site imediately".
However that's not what you do when something like this happens.
You also have to report the attack to the correct authorites and also notify customers that their information was breached.
As much as I want this synth, I'm worried about future attacks and what might happen to card information.

Haven’t heard of that yet, but if that’s true it would indeed be quite worrying. If they don’t offer PayPal as an option I guess I’m out. A 1 Euro 32-bit Windows only plug-in sure ain’t worth having your credit card information stolenAkumaPlant wrote: Fri Mar 13, 2020 6:08 pmThat's what I'm anticipating as well.ramseysounds wrote: Fri Mar 13, 2020 5:07 pm You do realise that the site will crash about 19.05 CET due to demand?
