1. I have installed the Genesis Pro, but when I open it in my DAW, it doesn't work.
It is important to run your DAW as Administrator (right-click on DAW, choose Run as Administrator) , otherwise the plugin will not load. It may display "connection error" or "Connection was lost to the plugin".

WTF

I own a lot of plugins but not one of them requires me to run my DAW as Administrator. Does this plugin contain some kind of virus or trojan that needs Administrator rights???

What a joke.

I guess he will receive some support emails now.

I installed only the 64-bit version, but I'm getting CPU spikes and have audio drop outs in Bitwig. So I thought I might try to install the 32-bit to test, since it could be a bad bit bridge implementation. But I'm not allowed to do that, it tells me my serial is incorrect, meaning the installer contacts the server, and the server tells the installer the serial has already been used.

64 bit bridged version. My Cubase (10.5) hates bridged vst's and crashes every time I try and use one.

I haven't installed it yet, becuase the server is offline again. I'm using fl studio, should I install the 32-bit version or 64-bit?

I've tried both the included 64-bit version (jBridged) and also tried bridging the 32-bit version using my copy of jBridge and also experiencing lots of audio crackle and drop outs in Ableton. DAW becomes unstable.

FL Studio works with both 32 and 64-bit. Try to install both if you haven't any space issues, and then test which one works best. But 32-bit might be the better choice though.

Could be jBridge that is the problem here, since it seems the custom bit bridge for the 64-bit version of Genesis Pro is jBridge. Do you have a DAW with a built-in bitbridge you can test the 32-bit version in?

I can't even download the installer. I just get an error that says "this file no longer exists"

Got a reply from Ummet himself telling me to install the 32-bit version if I'm using 64-bit FL-studio

Ummet uses fl studio himself, so I would expect it to work there fine. However, after all this mess I wouldn’t be surprised if he just didn’t test the synth properly in other DAWs ... still, I Hope that it’s only a Minor issue and That the Plug will be stable across other hosts too soon. Till then I’ll definitely wait with the purchase and keep watching what other users say

I pre-registered a while ago and now my password doesn´t work and the site says:
"Reset your password before trying to login if you pre-registered an account".

And I have requested it with the "forgot my password" page but I haven'r received any mail from them.

Anyone of you have tried to use the pregistered account? And what about the "exclusive content"? Did you have any additional content for pre-registered users?

Just takes a few for the email to get there
