Does anyone know if there is a manual 'installed' anywhere?
It does sound really nice, just seems like it could be really fiddly to use - granted I Have only used it for 10 mins (once I read that you needed to run the DAW as admin).

Got another reply from Ummet: "Right now the traffic is pretty crazy. Servers are on fire. We are doing an upgrade now. Hopefully soon it will be up and running!"
Sounds like him and his team are doing whatever they can

CPU doesn't appear to be too bad to be honest - again, only limited use so far and not really writing anything with it yet.
EDIT: I decided to try the pads and pretty much all of them (Bitwig & Reaper) have very little CPU hit but all crackle. Not sure if that is hitting some internal volume level and clipping.
Nope, turning the volume down on the preset does nothing - still crackling a lot.

Ok so that crackling was my fault. I had Reaper and Bitwig open at the same time. Once I closed Reaper the crackling went away.

I've been having the same problem, however the servers are currently overloaded.ecasasmusic2 wrote: Fri Mar 13, 2020 11:01 pm I pre-registered a while ago and now my password doesn´t work and the site says:
"Reset your password before trying to login if you pre-registered an account".
And I have requested it with the "forgot my password" page but I haven'r received any mail from them.
Anyone of you have tried to use the pregistered account? And what about the "exclusive content"? Did you have any additional content for pre-registered users?
Might be a good idea to wait for tommorow before trying again as it doesn't seem like it will be resolved anytime soon.

I can't even buy it. I get to the payment section after entering address, and it says "Unfortunately, there is no payment method available.", maybe it's because I'm in New Zealand. Why didn't he just use Paypal?

I've tested the 32-bit version in FL studio using the built in bridge in FL and there's no crackle however its very laggy, sluggish and locks up.starflakeprj wrote: Fri Mar 13, 2020 10:51 pmCould be jBridge that is the problem here, since it seems the custom bit bridge for the 64-bit version of Genesis Pro is jBridge. Do you have a DAW with a built-in bitbridge you can test the 32-bit version in?lb24569 wrote: Fri Mar 13, 2020 10:48 pm I've tried both the included 64-bit version (jBridged) and also tried bridging the 32-bit version using my copy of jBridge and also experiencing lots of audio crackle and drop outs in Ableton. DAW becomes unstable.

No. The GUI does not show. I hate things like this and will stick to my stable solutions. Try it again in 2021.simmo75 wrote: Fri Mar 13, 2020 11:24 pm So anyone tried the 64bit version in Reaper yet? Does it work ok?

Are you running the DAW as admin? I had a no show GUI until I did that.

So let me get this straight, you can install it only once with a given serial? What were they thinking? I guess that's why it's only 1 eurostarflakeprj wrote: Fri Mar 13, 2020 10:35 pm I guess he will receive some support emails now.
I installed only the 64-bit version, but I'm getting CPU spikes and have audio drop outs in Bitwig. So I thought I might try to install the 32-bit to test, since it could be a bad bit bridge implementation. But I'm not allowed to do that, it tells me my serial is incorrect, meaning the installer contacts the server, and the server tells the installer the serial has already been used.
