Automation seems to work in Studio One.
This is actually the closest i've got it to running without crackles n pops n drop outs. I added the option for dirty close, cos jbridged plugins often stop Cubase from closing down right. But one some patches its hard to tell whats fast delays and dropouts.
Don't trust those with words of weakness, they are the most aggressive

so installed this plugin and can report this:

- in flstudio is very small @4K screen, it is not scallable, you will need magnifier
- you need to run flstudio in admin mode to make it work, but loosing drag and drop function in flstudio then
- some sounds do click, making weird crackling sounds and sometimes crashes flstudio already with high cpu load and freezing
- must be installed inclusive lbrary to C, no way to change it

so not much usable now, understand it cost 1e but thinking developer just wants milion people to buy it and get milion eur to make quick profit.

Well i have it in FLStudio and cpu load isnt that high on my dualcore laptop with 5 instanced of genesis, cracks and all those small things dont seem to affect final export , i like ability to change skins and make your own, there are some samples in 4 roms, drumsets, choirs and more.
What i would change is ability to get negative values with EQ and not saving skin with preset.Maybe add fade in for LFO's . But it might be just me being spoiled by so many free synths.
It does need a sound bank, the one it comes with is average after i realized how much stuff is in roms and how much is not even used in available presets but i guess it was meant to be like that cause preset packs will be a way to make money with it in the future.
Also You have to load fxp preset twice to make it work, not sure why.

Does it sound like every other SynthEdit synth or...?

Hey everyone, I found a solution to quite a few install problems. (Thanks to some help from friends.)

If you simply move the two DLLs that the installer dumps into "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steinberg\VST Plugins" into some other, different, manually-created folder that is OUTSIDE of the entire C:\Program Files (x86) folder, you can probably get Genesis Pro to launch JUST FINE and without needing to run your DAW in Admin mode. Try it out. Here's how I set things up in Bitwig Studio.

yes i moved 2DLLs from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steinberg\VST Plugins" to C:\Program Files (x86)\VST Plugins" where i have all other dlls and it opens now without needing admin rights

thanks for that

Effort spent on designing and creating the synth: huge

Effort spent on marketing (YouTube videos, pricing scheme, etc.): enormous

Effort spent on other fundamental things (beta testing, setting up a website incl. functional e-commerce store, communications, etc.): ... what do you mean there were other fundamental things??

Where can I find the serial key? It's not in my account, or in my emails!

Does it work on Android?
There are two kinds of people in the world. And you're not one of them.

All of you forum trolls with your negative comments should just chill out. I purchased last night with Paypal (persevered through a few snafus) and downloaded it. There were two different file sizes I downloaded, the first was 239MB, the second was 598MB. I installed the 598 on my Win 10 machine and copied some of the .dlls from the Steinberg default directory to my normal VST directory.

It was recognized by Studio One (latest version) and Unify but no interface when opened. I ran Studio One in admin mode and it runs just fine. Every now and then the sound glitches but for the most part I spent 2 hours exploring it and am happy with it. I'm not sure if I have a bridged version that they later removed from download or if those comments about it not in the install were made before my second, larger download.

Either way, I am completely satisfied with the product and their website which includes my serial key, download link and comments I submitted to their support.

If you don't want to deal with snafus, wait for a while until they sort through the issues or move on to whatever makes you happy. But people that berate and chastise a product that was just launched should find something better to do with their time.

After some uninstalls and reinstalls, somehow it started! Wow, the appearance is really inspiring ! Started "Guide me", while in the guide, BOOM! it got crashed :!: (not FL, only the plugin!).

About the sounds it can make I can't say anything because I don't have a proper headphone right now. But it's not as bad as the comments I've read here.. (Seriusly!) The first impression is cool, but only until it got crashed! No regret at all in spending €1, worth buying it, just think of it as it's just a beta version. Waiting for future updates (if there're). I'll be using this plugin without any doubt for sure! :tu:
