Any good 25 key midi controllers for around 100 EUR to recommend?

I don't think it gets much better than this, for the price: https://www.thomann.de/de/arturia_minil ... f0b3fe4708
I LOVE the keys on that thing. Note that neither the pads nor the knobs are exactly great, though. The knobs are a bit jumpy, when it comes to exact-ness of the parameter values, and the pads do have different resistance, and some require to push them harder for the same velocity. As mentioned, the keys really make up for that, though.

I like the Akai MPK Mini MKII:

The things I like about it are:
Joystick for pitch and mod
Sustain pedal input
Nice action for a mini keyboard
It does that MPC style note repeat with the pads
It's black with chrome knobs

I didn't need encoders or pads so I am happy with Arturia's Keystep.
MIDI DIN connector i/o, USB power or DC wall wart power, CV output, built in arpeggiator and sequencer, and aftertouch.
it's kind of like a swiss army knife if you are working in the box as well as with outboard gear such as a rack synth or eurorack.
i had an akai mini mpk and the pads needed modification for them to feel right. depending on how you play the result can be the same whether you use keys or pads to play your beats but i get it if you want the pads. the keystep has issues with the aftertouch being the opposite of sensitive, you really have to push hard on the keys to use it, and requires modification in some people's view.

Nektar Impact has been working great for me. Big keys, VERY nice drum pads, and it integrates well with lots of DAWs (not Ableton though).
